A graduate of Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, Richard studied Real Estate Development and began his career in the industry at an early age, gaining firsthand experience across brokerage, acquisitions, and real estate investment.

His approach combines strategic acquisition, thoughtful repositioning, and disciplined asset management to turn opportunities into profitable, sustainable assets.

He looks for properties with untapped potential and develops strategies to increase their performance— whether through improving operations, repositioning the asset, optimizing rents, enhancing the physical property, or implementing more effective ownership and management strategies.
